It''s an underwater marked stamps with watermark with letters from the word " kungl postverket " the stamps by themself was not watermarked . Only the sheet was . Usually near or on the margin. So your stamps was on the edge of the sheet
The 10 ore carmine first appeared on 19 November 1910 with a crown watermark. It then reappeared on 1 May 1911 without watermark, with some stamps having the letters described by area. Gibbons mentions these, but doesn't value them separately, so I would assume that there isn't a premium. Facit may have more information, but I don't have a copy.
According to my 2007 Facit, the earlier watermarked version can be found with either the crown wmk or the crown + partial KPV (kungl postverket) watermark. The unwatermarked version will either be unwatermarked or with the KPV watermark. Since yours appears to have only the KPV wmk, I wouold assume it's from the later, unwmkd set, as listed in Scott. Facit does list them seperately, but the value for the KPV is only slightly above the normal, unwmkd stamp, which is basically a min value stamp.
