I have been looking for this stamp for quite some time,

It is not a good example and I can see Republic Korea just below the Top Line, But I can not find it in Stamp World,

Can anyone Tell me about this Stamp?

Issued by the Republic of Korea (South Korea) on Dec. 1, 1973, for New Year 1974. This 10w stamp depicts toys. Catalog number is Scott 881. A sound used example is valued a smidge over minimum.
