I found this stamp in an old textbook, circa 1981. Clearly it is not in mint condition, but I would like to know if anyone can tell me about it's origin.

I know absolutely nothing about stamps or stamp collecting, so any info would be greatly appreciated!

Fairly common stamp. 2016 Scott catalog has it at 60¢ for very fine used stamp in sound condition.
