Not sure of any price but the language appears to be Hungarian. Nagy is a Hungarian surname.

Leo, this thing has been on this forum before. Have you tried the search function in the bar above?

My gut feeling is that this is a kind of lottery ticket. I doubt that you'll find it listed among traditional cinderellas. Good luck to you in the hunt!

Leo, I googled the words and some came up in an auction from Budapest. One has to log in to see the results though!
If you keep going on Google you will find more!

The Hungarian pengo was rendered almost worthless by massive hyperinflation in 1945. The new currency from 1946 forward is 100 filler = 1 forint. One forint today is about 1/3 of 1 penny in USD. By contrast, one forint was equal to about 400,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 pengo.

Thanks Peter. So, does the only way to know the real value is to register to this auction?

The misspelled the word across the top of the stamp, the correct spelling is "szerencséje"!

I suspect the spelling is correct; it's just hard to see that 'c.'

Thank you very much all for your answers.
So, as similar lottery tickets have been sold on an auctions, seems it has a value.
