Hi

Look at this cancel, it is really nice. I cant find the cancel in the precancel database so I suppose it is not a precancel but what is it?

From what I can tell it looks like a precancel, but we need to let an expert chime in.
In the meantime if possible try to post a better scan or picture, the one you posted is very hard to see!

It is hard to get a good Picture when limited to 100kB. But the cancel says:
