Canada Albino Stamps

I would not call them albino stamps though jogil..

But when a (possible) sheet of 104's got stuck to another sheet, people dont call them stamps, but people call 979a stamps...

If I worked at a printer, and some unprinted sheets ended up in the trash as printers waste, could I be prosecuted for taking blank, gummed paper from the dumpster? Is there any definitive evidence which shows that any of these blank sheets made it to an actual PO for distribution? If so, are their price differences between these sheets and printers waste material? If we value these kinds of things very highly, are we promoting printing workers sliding 'errors' out the back door?

I don't know the history behind those discoveries. I have always assumed the ones given minor catalog numbers in Scott/Unitrade were acquired through the post office.

I don't know about the stamps being discussed here, but I think there there are some US albinos that were intaglio printings (engraved) where there is no ink, but you can see the impression of the plate in the paper (I own some examples that are only very weakly inked with part of the design albino, but not the whole thing).

How about blank albino Admiral perf 8. coil stamps? These are actually from coil stamp tabs found mostly on coil stamps from 1935 to 1969 which have the exact same perforations as Admiral perf. 8 coil stamps.
