New USA Priority Stamped Envelope

On January 17, 2016, the USPS is raising the postage rate for Priority Mail flat rate envelopes to $ 6.45.

In conjunction with a new adhesive stamp, a new Priority Mail flat rate stamped envelope will be issued, but sold only in packets of 5 or 25 envelopes per packet costing $ 33.75 or more.

Continuing the UPSS mission of assisting our members in the collection of postal stationery, USA members may order this stamped envelope for $ 9.50 per envelope from us.
