my best guess of this precancel is L-1TS hoover type 1,
anyone have info about this precancel?

anyone have info about this precancel?
i could only find info about a similar precancel where the illinois is spelled out L-1TS hoover type 1 some precancels are differentiated by the precancel
Ill. or Illinois is there a difference for the type?

It is PSS-61 , the Hoover style system has been obsolete for 60 years.
