It could also be one of those personalized stamps. The picture in the 'stamp' does not look very professional!

The emblem to the lower left is for the Cairo International Trade Fair (I think.) One also sees the gear on other (?) Egyptian stamps. Hahhahaa, the folk dress looks Bulgarian to me! |

My guess ,and it is only a guess . Is that stamp was issued after the Arab spring revolt ,when the Islamic Government was in charge and they removed the Latin spelling of the word "EGYPT" off the stamps . The stamp hasn't made it into the catalogs yet . |
