Hi guys..Is this a GB Essex perfin..?
If so, did the city/town use their own perfins..?

It is actualy a "ESSO" perfin, E4440-01, "The ESSO Petroleum Co. Ltd.

'ESSO' was an acronym for the Standard Oil Company, later to be broken into pieces in an anti-trust action.
