i have two of these 15 cent stamps and under the uv one is dull an the other lights up like a christmas tree. I looked in the unitrade 2015 on page 25 under paper fluorescence and the different types are listed. I just dont know if the stamp is F HF or HB and how would I be able to tell the difference in the future ty
hi AQ ty for your reply I did look at the introduction as I mention and there is nothing there telling me how to tell the difference. it just lists the types of flourenscence papers i understand the LF F HF but it does not say what the HB would look like. I would think it would be very bright but so would HF. so back to my question how can I tell which it is.
There should be list on that page as to what stamps are known to have a specific fluorescence. Dull 441, Low 558, Medium 658-659, High 625, and Hibrite 468B. Working of the old 2008 Unitrade. Hope this helps.
