Looking and not finding any info on this stamp. I can't find a 5 Kreuzer paired with a 20 Para overprint. My resources of information are limited so any help with variety and value would be helpfull

1890-96 issue, I think. Used to be - may still be - SG 29. Comes with various perfs.
