Once upon a time, the Oregon Museum of Science & Industry featured a model of a human heart large enough to walk thru, to wit:

I was in a heart like that about 70 years ago in Philadelphia. Franklin Institute. Memorable experience. Could not stay in it long, as my father was claustraphobic and had to get out. Don
