My latest catch in ebay had things I didn't expect, and these:

1st row - was printed on a letter, there's writing on the other side.
Face value marked 1F.25C. and at the bottom it reads GALLE
Maybe some tax stamp?

2nd row - currency cents. Nederland?

3rd row - in German. Maybe tabs of DDR stamps?

4th row - in Franch. Maybe tuberculosis Cynderelas?

Thanks for any help on country and history.

Rob

The second row is indeed part of a set of eleven issues commemorating 25 years of Queen Wilhelmina, issued in 1923
I have no idea about the others.

bottom two are French TB labels

The two above those are tabs from German stamp issues.
The one on the right with the satellite dish is from East Germany 1982 SC# 2292.
The other with the quote and signature (is it Porshe?) is probably also East German, but I can't find it. Maybe from a souvenir sheet.
They did like their commemorative tabs.

Thank you for the information. Is there any use for orphan tabs? Is there any value to stamp with it's seperated tab, other then visual value?

As for the first stamp - it seems to be used for legal documents from the mid-19th century (pre-stamp?). Could this be the ancestor for postal stamps?

A tab by itself unattached to a stamp is completely worthless, monetarily. Those particular tabs come from East German issues that are only worth marginally more than worthless even with the tab and stamp attached. If you can find the stamp they go with, you can mount it next to them in an album, but that's about the extent of their value as collectibles.
