The two above those are tabs from German stamp issues. The one on the right with the satellite dish is from East Germany 1982 SC# 2292. The other with the quote and signature (is it Porshe?) is probably also East German, but I can't find it. Maybe from a souvenir sheet. They did like their commemorative tabs.
A tab by itself unattached to a stamp is completely worthless, monetarily. Those particular tabs come from East German issues that are only worth marginally more than worthless even with the tab and stamp attached. If you can find the stamp they go with, you can mount it next to them in an album, but that's about the extent of their value as collectibles.
