I got this stamp, heavily cancelled.
I think it's an Austrian stamp of Emperor Franz Josef I, Mi:AT 70, Sn:AT 71, Yt:AT 66, ANK:AT 70.
The cancellation reads Moosberg 3.8.99
Why would a German town use Austrian stamps? From google and wikipedia I did not see it occupied.
Any idea?
