Some sellers have a way of making buyers feel like they are the bad guys when in fact it is the opposite. I bought a set of matched plate blocks based on the picture online. When the dealer shipped them to me, they were not the exact pictured blocks and one of the blocks was damaged. I returned the plate blocks back to the dealer and I was accused of switching the plate blocks and sending a damaged block.
yeah that sucks----ever thought about your cell phone? Open the order, take a picture, and send them an email,'as recieved''----this works great when renting a car,,take pics of all four sides---a pic with date and time stamp works.wonders...
