It's not Russian as that would be in Cyrillic script. I'm guessing the cinderella is from Poland - hopefully someone will be able to translate it.

It is from Czechoslovakia.

It says: Help fight cancer! Join the association "House of Consolation"
Brno - Žlutý kopec.

Žlutý Kopec (= Yellow Hill) is part of the City of Brno, where there is a medical center specializing in the treatment of cancer.
