The purple stamp overprinted P.M. is an Italian military stamp

The eagle overprint is German occupation of Slovenia (Laibach) during world war 2. These overprints were/are abundantly forged.

The first overprint looks a little suspicious to me. If not, the stamp is worth 4 bucks or so.
