OK, I see the section in Scott's for Veneza Giulia but all the overstamps shown are A.M.G. and below that is V.G. Didn't find it on stampworld but I get the general idea. Thanks.

Scott lists this under Austria/Occupation stamps. A the time the territory was Austrian, occupied by Italy.

Yellow-cad,

I agree this stamp was not easy to spot initially when searching for a photo version of the overprint on a similar looking stamp. This stamp can be found under Austria Italian Occupation Stamps. Catalogue # N22 (The primary non-overprinted version is Italian Scott #94 and stamp Design Number A48). In the 2000 Catalogue this stamps is listed at $.70 for unused and $1 for used. In the 2015 catalogue it is listed at $2.50 in both conditions.
