Gentlemen,
I thank you for assistance. This is the page I created for my Cinderellas Album. Without your help, I would not have known where to go with this.

Nice and informative. You may also be interested in the Auxiliary Marking Club http://www.postal-markings.org/

... and by coincidence there is an article on Auxiliary Markings here:https://goscf.com/t/49184#49184

Nice page! One small correction: the label on the left, the one with the bird, is Swiss. The German, French, and Italian languages are used in the different areas of Switzerland

"Luftpost" means "Airmail" in German and it can be from any German speaking country (Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland...). Your etiquette is Swiss, becaause it's also written in the two oher Swiss oficial languages; French and Italian.

There are actually 4 official languages in Switzerland. The 4th one is Romansch, which has official status in southeastern Switzerland and is taught in schools there. I can't recall seeing it used on a postage stamp.

Duuuhh...I guess "Helvetia" is Romansch. That appears on all Swiss stamp.

Helvetia is a derivation of the Helvetii, the Gaul tribe that occupied most of Switzerland before the Romans. The official name of the country of Switzerland is Confederatio Helvetica. The word Helvetia is the Latin form and is used when it is not practical to use the name of the country in all four languages that are official in Switzerland.

So, now that the United Kingdom is showing more regionalism, this becomes evident with airmail labels. The label on the left is the traditional one; it is in English and French. The one on the right is in Welsh and French.

So, what's next? Will there be, or are there now Gaelic air mail labels?

Flootrader, I'm sure you know this, but that German air mail label (the one with the Lufthansa logo) had a special status back in 1947-48. In the British and American zone, it was required on foreign business letters. It is referred to in Michel catalog as "Flugpost -Zulassungsmarke".
