"Stamp Production Process Forum
All topics about the technical aspects of stamp collecting such as printing methods, types of presses, paper, gum types, etc."

Shouldn't "collecting" be "production"?

I think all of us using this forum are collecting stamps, not producing them!

I believe that there is great value to understanding how stamps are produced. Such matters may not be very important to the average collector, but there is an obvious need to understand production methods, perfing, distribution and the like for those who catalog stamps. Even on a day-to-day basis, it`s very helpful to know what is a typographed stamp and which are engraved. Perhaps the language could be changed as you suggest, Somebody, but Peter is on the money when he suggests that we are collectors here.
