Registration stamp Scott F1..check the perforations and check the right "2" for re-entry...And a burr on the top of "T" in cents.

The normal perforations are 12.0 x 12.0 (top and bottom x sides)

A variety is 12.0 x 11.5

Here are some varieties to look for.

BlackJag, I am not familiar with the "Extended E" variety and would be interested to learn more about it. What is the source of your information, image, and "F1b variation 1" classification?
