6th Anniversary of the Burj Khalifa

828 metres high, 200 storeys, of which 160 are habitable. Inaugurated January 4th 2010.
It became the tallest man-made structure in 2007, after construction started in January 2004.
It uses 330,000 cu. m of concrete, 39,000 tonnes steel reinforcement, 103, 000 sq.m of glass, it took 22 million man-hours to build. (Emirates Post information leaflet).

I don't have many decent photos of the building from when I lived in the UAE, but this gives an impression of the scale when seen from near to the Dubai Mall.
