A 14 dot stamp would be one of 496 million printed and a 16 dot like yours is one in nearly 34 billion printed. On the bright side, these stamps have held their value as they cost one penny in 1881 and would probably be worth exactly the same today
Sorry...Your stamp would, of course, be one OF the 34 billion stamps with 16 dots printed and, in that condition, would have little or no value. If put end to end the stamps would go several times round the world.
