Hi, new member here who rediscovered his modest childhood collection.

I picked up the 2016 quarter 2 USA Philatelic catalog at a post office, first time I saw it there, and found it lacks most of the new issues due out within the next month, such as the planets and national parks issues. Is it typical for this catalog to lag behind?
