I have two of these stamps I have been trying to identify. I've been keeping them with my Manchukuo stamps because the pagoda looked similar to the ones in Manchukuo. However they look like a revenue stamp with overprint/surcharge. I've looked in the BOB of China and PRC and still can't locate. HELP!
