I recently picked up this copy of RO73a on ebay with a scribbled black manuscript cancellation and two vertical, magenta cancellations. All I can distinguish is "87" from the manuscript cancellation and it appears to have an "S" at the top of the left vertical cancel and at the bottom of the right printed cancellation. Unfortunately the "S"'s cannot be determined if they start or end the printed words. I hope someone will have just the printed cancellation on another copy of Ro73a to determine its meaning.

Do you have a scanner rather than a camera? The left side of the image is out of focus. Cameras are really a bad idea when it comes to imaging stamps. Once you get a crisp high-resolution image, run it through http://www.retroreveal.org. That will isolate the color channels and make the cancel more readily apparent.

I have never seen any cancel on this issue. A higher resolution is needed here.

That is what I came up with - found the name in Ohio.
