As usual I am selling 2 nice Scott collections and this week I started selling a Minkus collection that may be for the budget minded collector that likes lots of stamps. I am also selling many interesting covers with lots of Airmails and Civil War Patriotics.

I am selling 2 covers this week that are particularly interesting. The first is a classic Philatelic Cover. It is a large cover that is a FDC for the Rhode Island Tercentenary, it then goes on a First Flight of the Hindenburg and finishes up with a ride on the Maiden Voyage of the Queen Mary. Billsbargains is offering a similar cover for $995 I think mine will be much more reasonable;

The 2nd cover is a rather plain airmail cover sent to Sgt. Albert Allen and marked "Service Suspended" The reason this letter was returned is that Sgt. Allen had been captured and was on the Bataan Death March. His incredible story can be found here;
