Hi guys..Take a look at this Scott 51...I presume the dot in the circled area is a guide dot..?
And the arrow points to very weak ink.

The Jubilee plates exhibit a lot of small marks on them as they apparently were not cleaned up well after the impressions were made. The small mark in the left margin looks like one of these marks. Your stamp appears to have some slight damage in that area as well. These stray marks might help in plating the stamp if one has all 4 plates of 100 to examine. The plate numbers for the 1c value are 5, 6, 15, and 16.
