This is a minor double transfer of RO11b showing on the left frame line and extending from the top left corner to the right for a short distance and from the bottom left corner a shorter distance on the bottom frame line. There are other major double transfers on this stamp, one called the twisted double transfer by Eric Jackson but unfortunately I don't have one yet.
