YEP ---you read that title correctly .There was a dream of projecting Polish power around the world and there was a attempt by Nationals to establish territory overseas .There was talks with France to claim Madagascar for Poland .There was talks to claim TOBAGO in the Caribbean as NEW COURLAND . This set must be the only stamps that claim Polish overseas colonies and the dream of power .
