Robert. I am not a re-entry man, but what you are showing in the last picture, in the 'c' of Canada is not a re-entry. That is a genuine plate crack. Wish you could blow it up some more.

Your right Petter..Dos look a lot like a plate crack.

Please see Ralph Trimble's web page ( http://www.re-entries.com/quebecterc.html ), for what he has to say on re-entries on this denomination. The plate was not cleaned well and every stamp on the pane has odd markings. If one had time and enough stamps one could probably plate the pane using the odd stray marks on each position. I know several are constant as I have a few duplicates that match perfectly. I consider none of mine as re-entries.
