Hello, I am new to posting and this site. I bought a box of stamps at a yard sale. I may not be on the right post, but could someone tell me what I have?

You have a cut-out from a piece of postal stationery, also called a cut square.

Most likely next to nothing. Most collectors of stationery now prefer to collect the whole cover or wrap rather than just a cut-out.

Also, this one appears to be a bit dirty/soiled and it is further damaged by appearing to be glued to another piece of paper which makes an already minimal value item worth even less. If you had a big box full of them you might be looking at a penny or two for each one but even then it would be a challenge to find a buyer.
