For those of you on Facebook, there is " ebay fraudulent U.S. stamps". I have submitted quite a few of the offerings noted in this thread for posting there. We need to use as many means as possible to expose these altered stamps.

Scott English who is the APS executive director is usually on this forum. He should be contacted about this. What is wrong with the other listed revenue stamps? Have some of their sides been trimmed?

Yes, the perfs have been trimmed on two or four sides of all the examples that Bart has cited.

This seller was reported quite a few times over the years in Stamp Smarter (under Listing Reviews). When Bill Weiss (RIP) used to contact him he would actually pull/revise the listing to whatever Bill would recommend. But contact/messages from the rest of us fall on deaf ears.
