On the left side, while browsing in a category or regular search results, there is a 'more refinements' - excluding sellers is one of them. This takes you to an expanded list of options to choose. From there you can click on include/exclude sellers, type in one or more sellers' names, and the results you saw before will come back without those from the sellers you excluded.

If there are searches you do regularly and have them saved in your "Saved Searches," you can make your seller exclusions take place every time you perform that search.

You can also use - (minus sign) in front of any word to keep that word from appearing in your results.

Not for ebay, all the stamps of this guy are $ 9.95 even the one at 10 cents, so you have to be desperate to purchase from him, the guy put them on ebay and wait for a fish

( I don't choose the best example those are not too much overprice )

I block several stamps sellers, mostly because of outrageous shipping costs.
I refuse to pay outrageous shipping fees just to have the seller slap a 49 cent stamp on an envelop and drop it in the mailbox out side their front door!
