Your cover came from the Coffield Correctional Institutions Division - Prison; I think it is a Texas state agency. I am not sure if they would qualify as a non-profit.

I'm pretty sure that a prisoner took the stamp off a piece of junk-mail and reused it. I've seen a lot of prisoner mail, and set aside the oddball covers. So far, this is my favorite:





this stamp-less cover got canceled too.
