I have only just found out what this term means and I find it vague to say the least. I assume this falls into this category

It is hard to tell exactly what you have because of the way the picture was taken, but I would think that it is a Cinderella!

Again this is something I have tried to research without much luck, the label has been perforated into 3 sections all with Royal mail values
which were correct for the time 1982, except the portion over Prince Charles which states postcard 10p, this is 2nd class and of the value at 1980 which is the give away to inaccuracy because 1982 it actually was 12.5p.

I actually purchased these on ebay, the label is worth £2.00 if you search peoples shops but I was more interested with the postage one as GeoffHa has posted the info on the 1982 general strike.

There was another of these type things which Coincraft were allowed to issue their own stamps from 6th August when the Government at the time were up against strikes by Royal Mail and they suspended the monopoly for 30 days. Coincraft exploited opportunity with FDC sets and coin covers.
Again once proving how diverse stamp collecting can be.

As for GeoffHA comment about "Obliteration" the unions at the time certainly would have liked it, if it were Mrs Thatcher depiction, our then Prime Minister. But somehow I do not think it was done to attack our Monarchy, the sentiment the same though, even still today. It will be interesting to see what happens if and when the Queen dies. It would not surprise me if something like this will turn up if Charles gets the throne?
