I am looking to buy a couple of H.E. Harris Standard World Stamp Album Binders. Not interested in pages, just need a couple of binders. Everything I see on ebay is for full album sets. Willing to buy or trade.
Hmmmmm, I see Harris Citation, Standard, Senior Statesman and Masterwork binders are no longer manufactured. They appear to have been replace by the Harris Heirloom Binder.
