Correct Address For Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee?

Hi all

I was given an address for the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee that differs from the one I am finding online. This is what I see online:

475 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Room 3300
Washington, DC 20260-3501

... but this is what I was given by the USPS stamp fulfillment people today:

1735 N Lynn Street, Room 5013
Arlington, VA
22209-6432

Can anyone confirm which is correct?
