This may be a dumb question that no one can answer;however, there used to be a website that showed new US stamp issues. It featured a calendar of upcoming releases, high quality photos of each new stamp, and a long description with a date of release and location. I would use their descriptions to make my own album pages. I swear the website was operated by USPS. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? The last time I used it was about two years ago when I was collecting new US stamps.
