Hello. I am from Romania and I am relatively new into philately.
I need some help with those "pieces of paper".
What are they? I tried to find some informations but....nothing.

For more details, they have applied, on back, an round ink stamp with numbers (11, 12 and 37).

they are enclosures in the thematic stamp packets sold to collectors in the Soviet Union
