Help With Liberia Air Mail Stamp C68 Different Colour.

Came across this block and was looking it up, I can find C68 but it's a different colour. I did find a stamp with this colour but it was stamped specimen. This block does seem to have the same colour as C69. Just wondering if I just missed it in the catalog or what.

Scott 2010 catalogue states the 25˘ exists in colors of the 50˘ and vice versa. Value, each $8

Thanks redwoodrandy just what I wanted to hear. I found 9 of these blocks tucked away in an envelope. Now is that $8 each or for a block.
