Hi Moldman. Have you tried bidstart? I found three or four of them, although some of them were in the complete set!

I've seen some that are #23 being passed off as a #19. I will check BidStart again. Thanks

Those on Delcampe, that I looked at, are used and used are double the price of mint or unused. I have an older Scott catalogue that prices this mint at $150. and used at $375.
I would never pay Scott prices, so I will just keep looking until someone wants to sell one.

I've been offered a couple that are not Scott#19 but Scott#23. I've told the seller but I see they are still offered as Scott #19.
Thanks GeoffHa, for the Delcampe link.

Moldman, you are not very clear as to what you want. In your original post you stated any condition. Do you want mint or used?

Peter, your right I wasn't very clear as to what I am looking for. Used would be very nice, but since I can't afford $500 , mint or unused will have to do. I would even except one with a defect.

This is a collection I just started by accident. I collect New Guinea and these came in lots I have purchased over time and now I only need
Scott #16 to finish it. You know how it goes, that empty spot bugs me.

Moldman, I can see now why you'd want that stamp! That sure is a pretty page and it would be even prettier without that open spot! I sure hope you find one.
