While Waterloo-Kitchner is within easy driving distance for me, I passed this year for several reasons, one of which was the distance between the convention venue and the convention hotel.
I will be at the: Philatelic Specialists Society of Canada "Open Meeting" Speaker Dr. David Piercey FPRSC "Exhibiting Thematics". This is on Saturday at 1pm - 3pm and open to the public, I believe.
Most of the time I will be at the dealer tables trying out my luck.
Definitely worth the trip. The K-W Recreation Centre is a brilliant venue. Lots of space and excellent lighting. There is something in excess of 200 frames of exhibits (I am glad I am not a judge) to enjoy. I came for the weekend and do not have any regrets.
