Found this in a collection but I don't find it in Scott. Listed trial colors and proofs are green, black and orange. Paper is normal stamp paper. What is it?

Green can turn to blue, chemically or otherwise.
Colour changelings.

I agree, some chemical bleached the yellow out and left the blue.
