I have searched for info on this overprint. Thought it might have to do with 'Telegraph'? I'm sure someone will put me right.

I believe this is a 7 inside a triangle. It is probably an overproof of a stamp used for taxes.

It's a T in a triangle. Typically T is a reference to postage due.
