Congrats again Rod. Absolutely a tough set.

They all look good to me. There are definitely variations among the overprints between values, and typical quality issues. The o/p on your mint 25k, for example - the guy almost missed the stamp completely! The 100k o/p should be gold - which on yours can be seen clearly at the top portion of the o/p. The bottom of it looks almost black, which is also common. My understanding is the gold ink was unstable.

You've shown '27 & '28 now - I know you completed '30 a long time ago? Expecting to see '34 soon!!

Thanks for those kind words, and observations Michael.
Very helpful and comforting. I wouldn't know a forgery if I tripped over it.

Forget 1934, I have seen 1 set for sale in 5 years, and that was a few weeks ago, I was outbid, it sold for $43.
I cannot recall what state it was in, nor whether it was complete.

I have to get up at midnight, to bid on American auctions, and it plays havoc with broken sleep syndrome.
I cannot use snipe with my dealer.

Not everyone likes game birds. Do you know that great phrase from A Dance To The Music of Time, "He's so wet you could shoot snipe off him"?

Sorry guys to go even further off-topic but Geoff's comment reminded me of the giant punt guns that used to be used to blast wildfowl to bits on the Norfolk Broads:
I suppose this should have been a Turkey shoot...

Newspaper Stamps : Opinion Forged Opt.
Sc#P52
The stamp, I believe is genuine, albeit over inked, but the opt is forged,
the loop is incorrect in my opinion.

Hi Rod,

Here's a nice example of the German FELDPOST MIL. MISS. KONSTANTINOPEL postmark from the stamp-collecting-world.com site:
