37c Flag (Scott #3632A) Tagging Question

Scott and PNC3 state there are two tagging varieties, solid and uneven, for this issue. Scott makes a note about plate S4444 with solid tagging has a premium. 2016 Durland does not mention this tagging difference.

All my samples are solid tagging including one strip S1111.

Do I assume that maybe S4444 was the only plate that was mostly uneven tagging thus making the solid a premium item?
