I Need Help Identifying Two Stamps

The first one is not a postage stamp, but a German revenue stamp of sorts.
For the second one look under Indian States.

The second looks like India Duttia 1899-1906 ½a lake SG16c

Those 1899-1906 issues of Duttia (second stamp) can be quite difficult, and differences in scanners don't help!

However, I think that the stamp is not SG 16c, the lake shade. This



is probably closer to the 'lake'. I believe the stamp belongs to the rose-red/pale rose family, SG 16a/b, like this



Duttia State is a fascinating, but expensive, study. SG 38 (the 1920 rouletted ¼ Anna blue) sheets, for instance, came with the top right impression missing.



Must have played merry hell with the PO clerks booking up their stamp sales at the end of the day ...
