Please help me with information for this stamps, if there has an expert for this aerea. Indeed why is half of stamp and I never have seen this post mark. Also interesting market value.

Yes, make sure you check out that previous thread. Even though they are quite philatelic in nature, cancelled bisects sell for about $10 each on ebay
